What is TAP?

Temporary Auspice Projects (TAP)

Temporary Auspice Projects provide an opportunity to remain connected with day to day issues faced by youth accomodation services. The projects are also part of the sector development strategy of YAA in that it is a service that YAA provides to support the development and continuation of quality service delivery in NSW by temporarily auspicing projects that have had to close for a variety of unforseen reasons. YAA can also provide support to organisations that may be struggling with governance or other operational issues challenging the sustainability of a member youth SAAP organisation.

YAA currently Auspices three youth Accommodation Services:

- Allawah House (emergency female refuge in Minto)
- Wruwallin House (semi supported male and female refuge in Bankstown)
- Cantebury Youth Services (semi independent housing for multicultural clients in the Cantebury region)

For further information about these services and more please click on the links to the left of this page or contact YAA on (02) 9698 5833.
