The consultations are an opportunity for services to input into the policy platforms and advocacy efforts of Yfoundations while the NSW Department of Family & Community Services finalises the reform of the sector. Consultation summaries will be send to the Department with detailed questions that the sector would like responded before the reform is implemented. Follow-up updates and newsletters on the reform process will be sent to consultation participants.

These sessions will be followed by a FREE work, health & safety training on the new Work Health and Safety legislation, aimed at managers, executive officers and board members. The training will focus on changes in the WHS Act and Regulations and how services will need to implement these in their service. Training will focus particularly on WHS for small business environments and services working with young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
